SENATOR LEMAN moved to report all versions of SB 114-IMPERSONATE                                                                
POLICE/EMERGENCY VEHICLE, with individual recommendations and                                                                   
accompanying fiscal notes, for calendaring at the Chairman's                                                                    
discretion.                                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR ELLIS objected and stated that he wants to verify that                                                                  
concerns about community patrols were addressed.  Senator Ellis                                                                 
said he would do the research, and he withdrew his objection.                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
CHAIRMAN KELLY stated the committee would wait to calendar SB 114                                                               
until Senator Ellis received his information.  Without further                                                                  
objection, the motion carried.
